Chuchu the Octopus



Chuchu is one of the new animal friends trio released with Dreamland 3! You can't inhale with Chuchu, but you can grab enemies and shovel them into Kirby's mouth! Because of this, Chuchu enables Kirby to eat underwater, like Gooey! Chuchu can climb on ceilings, but her flying is restricted. Kirby seems to enjoy her presence more than any other animal friend...
Image Ability Description
ChuChu + Burning Kirby/Gooey shoot a small flame from the mouth that damages enemies. If used while pointing upwards, Chuchu can be used as a hot air balloon. While traveling upwards, Chuchu deals all damage to enemies that come into contact with her.
Chuchu + Clean Kirby/Gooey and Chuhu mount a magic broom and take flight. The back of the broom damages enemies. This is the highest damage ability in the game.
Chuchu + Cutter Kirby/Gooey stop movement, take Chuchu, and SPEEEEEEEEEN
Chuchu + Ice Chuchu shovels ice out of Kirby/Gooey and creates projectiles that freeze enemies.
Chuchu + Needle Chuchu shoots damaging spikes out of her body that shrink with distance.
Chuchu + Parasol Chuchu rides with Kirby/Gooey in a parasol top, moving and damaging enemies. This ability disables jump.
Chuchu + Spark Chuchu charges one of her tentacles and uses it as a ray gun, causing the projectile to travel farther depending on how long the button is held. The projectile can bounce off of terrain.
Chuchu + Stone Chuchu swings Kirby/Gooey around in a circle and moves forward, damaging enemies. This ability disables jumping. Chuchu is still vulnerable to damage from above.
